The Sharon Academy

TSA offeres both French and Spanish, up to level VI. Emphasis is on using Spanish and French to communicate, and upper-level classes are conducted only in the target language. Homework and class participation are as important as quizzes and tests and are graded accordingly. Students may also participate in the annual area recitation contest at Hanover High School. For those students who wish to go beyond the offered class levels, instructors are available for independent studies, special tutoring, and/or attending Dartmouth classes.

TSA also encourages foreign travel and has organized student trips in the past to Spain, Italy, France, the UK, the Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and Belize. We plan to continue offering these opportunities.
